Nine Elms

Nine Elms Vauxhall (NEV) is a multi-billion pound private investment programme to transform the Nine Elms area in South London from a semi-derelict, light industrial zone into an ultra-modern residential and business district.

It involves the building of 18,276 new homes, the creation of 25,000 new jobs, up to 40,000 new inhabitants, new schools, parks, etc. in both the London Boroughs of Wandsworth and Lambeth by 2030.

Llewelyn Davies was commissioned by NHS Property Services to produce feasibility studies and concept designs to support the programme of 3 new Polyclinics and 3 Refurbished extended GP clinics within the NEV development area. This work involved supporting the key stakeholders, both Wandsworth and Vauxhall CCG’s to ensure S106 of the BPS healthcare provisions.
