Goulden House Co-operative, a residential property management agency in Battersea approached ~LDY with a brief to identify and rebrand their image for their resident tenants, to be used in their stationery, websites, newsletter and tenants handbook. We analysed the target audience and deduced that the brand identity had to be approachable, friendly and inviting; reflecting the service provided for the tenants. The final chosen logo design was so well received that the client asked the other six co-operatives to be rebranded. This includes, All Saints Co-op, Battersea Tenants Co-op, Felsham Road Co-op, McCarthy Court Management Organisation, Totteridge Court Co-op and Wimbledon Park Co-op.
