Inside the report is separated into various sections, first an introduction from the CEO, followed by the tenant’s stories, report from the housing managers and community development and finally the financial summary. The visual centrepiece on the reverse side of the report comprises a timeline running from 1979 when the Association was founded to the present day. This timeline highlights all key milestones and achievements by the SHA over the past 30 years.
