LD01 – PROJECT LEADER

We are looking for an experienced, talented and ambitious Architect with a minimum of 10 year’s post qualification experience to perform the role of Project Leader on a £300m+ healthcare project. Candidates must have a good overall design understanding, leadership, communication, technical, CAD skills (Revit/ BIM Standards) and be capable of, with a proven track record, liaising with clients, leading a multi-disciplinary design team, project programming, leading quality and technical reviews, overseeing production of technical packages and managing project contracts from inception to completion.

LD02 – SENIOR TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

To support Llewelyn Davies’ strategic growth, we are looking to appoint a Senior Technical Architect with more than 10 years’ post qualification experience and a proven track record of successful design and delivery of technically complex architectural projects. The Senior Technical Architect will work across a variety of projects ranging from £5m to £300m + and support the practice leadership with strategic design reviews and technical audits. The candidates should have a keen interest in Sustainability and Modern Methods of Construction and an expert knowledge of Building Regulations and associated guidance is essential.

LD03 – TECHNICAL ARCHITECT/ ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST

We are looking for an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of Revit and associated software and excellent technical detailing and specification skills. A keen interest in Sustainability and Modern Methods of Construction is desirable and experience in conversation architecture would be an advantage.

LD04 – HEALTHCARE ARCHITECT

We are looking to strengthen our healthcare team by recruiting an experienced Healthcare Architect to work on several high-profile national and international hospital projects. Candidates must have demonstrable experience of Working on larger projects (£50m+) as part of a team also with day-to-day leadership of smaller projects across all stages from inception to on-site delivery and must demonstrate excellent programming, resourcing and deliverables project management skills.

Strong experience in all levels of healthcare design/planning from 1:500 concept through to 1:50’s and a working knowledge of updated Building Regulations, Health Building Notes, design standards and leading practice is required. Revit / BIM knowledge as well as strong written and verbal communication skills are desirable. A track record of actively participating in successful bids and business development is an advantage.

LD05 – ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT (PART 2) or ARCHITECT (PART 3) x2

To support our growing architectural teams, we are looking two enthusiastic Architectural Assistants or Architects with good Revit knowledge and excellent graphics and presentation skills. The candidates would be working across a wide range of schemes, including master planning, new build, and refurbishment projects.

LD06 – CLINICAL PLANNER

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Planner with an excellent knowledge of 1:200/ 1:50 medical planning processes, including the production of Room Data Sheets, Room Loaded Plans and Elevations. Good knowledge of Revit and associated software is essential. Experience of working with Codebook or similar medical planning software is desirable. The candidates should have demonstrable experience of working across a range of £5m – £50m healthcare projects, for both new build and refurbishment projects.

LD07 – BIM COORDINATOR

We are looking for an experienced BIM coordinator to assist our project teams with the successful implementation and validation of BIM processes, as well as training and support in accordance with ISO19650 standards. The candidates should have an excellent expert knowledge of Revit and associated software and should be able to work self-motivated under guidance of our Corporate BIM Manager and in close liaison with our Project Leaders. A demonstrable track record of successful delivery of architectural projects in the design and construction phases is required.
